Why sponsor? Don't schools pay for the cost of the marching band?
Unfortunately the answer to that question is no. While the school system does provide a small fraction of the cost of operating this band program, it does not cover the total budget of a band this size. Each member of the band is responsible for approximately $900.00 in fees, uniforms and trip costs each year.
